Follow the recipe- always toast it before consuming. You can bake them in the microwave then store in the fridge and toast before eating.
This one I find to be a decent mix as long as whatever you are eating it with has a strong flavor. The coconut flour comes through here so it can be sweet but some cheese or red pepper can make it lean to the savory side.

This one is a bit nuttier tasting as it uses the ground almond flour. It reminds me of a whole grain bread and can be a bit dense sometimes. I don't make these much anymore I'd prefer to eat my almonds in a dessert or whole.

Watch your macro count when using these breads they can be several hundred calories in one go however, they make a great base for a fried egg sandwich.
