Tips on stalling
- If you stall (several weeks in a row without loosing weight... think along the lines of an entire month without any movement on the scale or any change in how clothes are fitting)
- change your protein from .6 or .8g per pound to up or down from wherever you were
- Adjust your fluid intake
- Make sure you consume enough salt/ electrolytes
- Adjust your workout routine
- Cut dairy (I know... I'd cry)
- Cut all fake sweeteners and keto desserts/drinks etc
